A proper human diet is essential to a healthy metabolism, cellular health, and a long, vibrant lifespan.
Dr. Amy will work with you 1-on-1 on three Zoom sessions to identify your biggest issues and to get started with a healthier diet. Once you complete the first session with Dr. Amy, you will join the Community and continue to learn about the myriad of ways we can enhance our metabolic health from food, of course, to circadian rhythms, sunlight, stress management, exercise, and more in weekly Community Zoom sessions as well as inside our private Facebook Group.
The Facebook Group will be a place to ask questions and share successes and wins. You can introduce yourself, write about your "metabolic story of woe," state how you are feeling, ask about struggles you may be incurring, and show pictures of your delicious meals, as well as be there to help cheer on and support your peers. Dr. Amy will share lots of pertinent educational videos and tips in the Facebook group that will help you to learn more and stay motivated.
The weekly Community Zoom sessions will be focused on sharing wins and coming up with solutions to fix stalls or setbacks. Dr. Amy will lead these live sessions so be ready to ask her for advice on whatever needs tweaking for you to keep making progress in your recovery.
